By accessing Training, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Minimum age: 13 years.
3. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Credential security
- All activity under their account
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Interfere with system integrity
- Circumvent access controls
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Scrape or reverse engineer Training
5. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of your content.
License to Synvara
You grant Synvara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely to operate and improve Training, subject to the Privacy Policy and DPA.
6. Intellectual Property
All Training IP (excluding user content) is owned by Synvara.
7. Payments
Paid features may be processed via Stripe. Taxes, pricing, and billing terms are disclosed at checkout.
8. Disclaimers
Training is provided "AS IS." No warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the greater of:
- Fees paid in the prior 12 months
- $100 USD
10. Termination
Synvara may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal risk.
